Antibacterials

Our platform technologies have broad applicability as antibacterials. The platform provides novel mechanisms of action with demonstrated activity against both gram positive and negative bacterial pathogens as well as drug-resistant bacteria. There are also no known cross-resistances to current classes of antibacterial drugs. We have established, in vivo, early proof of concept against multiple bacterial pathogens, including Burkholderia, E. coli. and anthrax.
