AVI to Present at Paulson SmallCap Conference
PORTLAND, Ore. - Nov. 6, 2002 - AVI BioPharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVII, AVIIW, AVIIZ), today announced that it will present at the 25th annual SmallCap Conference on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2002. The conference, sponsored by the Paulson Investment Company, Inc., will be held at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York Nov. 6-7.
CEO Denis R. Burger, Ph.D., and President and COO Alan P. Timmins will present an overview of AVI's technology platforms on Nov. 7 at 10:45 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
